About

My journey into psychology began from a deep curiosity about how people heal, grow, and adapt. I’m a Clinical Psychologist based in Voula, trained in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrative approaches. Born and raised in Greece with a multicultural background, I offer therapy in both English and Greek, supporting individuals from diverse walks of life.
My Training and Background
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Hellenic American College in Athens. I’ve worked in multicultural counseling centers, NGOs supporting migrant and refugee populations, and private mental health practices. My clinical training includes CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed therapy. I am also certified in mindfulness and trained in integrative therapy for ADHD.
I take an integrative approach to therapy — tailoring each session to the person in front of me. I primarily draw from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thoughts and behaviors Mindfulness practices to build emotional regulation and presence ADHD interventions grounded in neuroscience and behavioral therapy Compassionate inquiry to explore deeper patterns and experiences
